1. Where can I purchase AVision TVs online?
AVision TVs are available at Lazada and Shoppee.
2. Can I do pay for my online purchase?
You can check out Lazada and Shoppee website for their payment methods. As a word of caution, please make sure that you are dealing with legitimate buyers when purchasing online. To ensure that your online purchases of Avision TVs are secure, let us know if you receive any call that may be suspicious.
3. How many days does it take for the ordered product to arrive?
The delivery usually takes between 3-5 days, depending on your location. During the duration of a sale or Christmas Season, this may take longer due to the bulk of orders received by both sites.
4. Do I have to give the warranty card to the courier or mail it to your office?

6. I have just received my order but, where are the wall brackets?
The wall bracket is encased in a small box inside. It also includes the instructions on how to install them on your wall.

8. I have just received my Avision Smart TV. Why can’t I turn on my TV
using the remote control?
All AVision TVs have a manual button from which the location may vary depending on the model of the TV. Make sure that you turn it on manually so you can be able to use the remote control.
9. How does an ISBD-T antenna work?
Some AVision TVs have built-in ISBD-T which enables the TV to automatically detect digital signal, which depends on the location.
10. Do I still need to use an outdoor antenna to be able to watch local channels?
Yes, there is a need to use an outdoor antenna on AVision TVs that do not have a built-in ISBD-T antenna.
11. What does NO CI MODULE mean?
NO CI MODULE (No Common Interface Module) means that the channel is not a free broadcast or it may also mean that the antenna used is incompatible with the television. Example for TV Plus, they only have certain channels that are available to them which an ordinary antenna may not be able to detect.
12. Are all AVision Smart TVs capable of reading flash drives more than 64GB?
Yes. They are capable of reading flash drives up to 500GB.
13. Can a smart TV get local channels?
Smart TV services and features don't affect a TV's ability to get local stations. If you have cable or satellite service, you will continue to receive the same stations. If you don't have either of those services, you'll still need some sort of internet connection (DSL or cable) for the smart services, and then an HDTV antenna to pull in local, over-the-air broadcasts for free.
14. Is the location of the antenna important?
Yes, it is. You need to find the most suitable location to be able to have a better signal.
15. How many years is the warranty for AVision TVs?
All AVision TVs include a 2-year warranty.
16. I am having some issues with my unit and I have tried doing troubleshooting but to no avail. What do I do?
